PolyRelease is a highly efficient release agent designed to release polyurea/polyurethane elastomers, Thiokol rubbers, EPDM and other synthetic elastomers from aluminum, chrome, epoxy, polyester, rubber and steel surfaces.

Typical Use:

Use only with adequate ventilation.

Shake well before using. Hold can 12 in/30 cm. from surface to be sprayed. Apply a continuous light mist coating to model or mold surface and surrounding forms. Using a soft brush, brush the release agent over entire surface of model or mold in order to break the surface tension and minimize air entrapment. Apply another light mist coating of release agent and let stand for 5 minutes. You are now ready to apply mold rubber or cast into a cured rubber mold.

Packaging, Storage, & Shelf Life

Available in quantities of 12 cans per box. Product should be stored at room temperature 73ºF. Shelf life is 1 year under normal conditions, in factory sealed containers.
